Refurbishment  in two phases

The 39,000 m2 Egée Tower is located in the commune of Courbevoie, in the Faubourg de l'Arche on the corner of the forecourt that connects the CNIT and the Leonardo da Vinci Pole.
The High-rise Building with 40 levels of superstructure above the court and 4 levels of media-structure between the street and the court have been designed to enhance professional performance. The usual “standards” have been revisited to create a distinctive atmosphere.

Interior design SAGUES

The work taken into account in the renovation project for the Tower in order to meet the requirements of an environmental approach is particularly as follows:

• Renovation and redesign of the entrance halls
• Office space: painting, flexible flooring, new lighting to meet the quantitative requirements of a high-end office project.
• Create and renovate toilet blocks at all levels (even in occupied areas).
• Installation of double option toilet flush systems on all floors
• Decorative design of the 3-top floors (Management-floor).
• Complete overhaul of the building management system
• Designing a marketing suite
• Complete refitting of LED lighting in the common areas of the Tower and on the vacant floors (offices and circulation spaces)
