The office building was built in 1973-1976 and classified as a high-rise building. The building has a total of 11 upper floors, a ground floor, two basements and an extension with two upper floors totalling approx. 56,000 m2 gross area
For the current tenant, the European Commission, the occupied building was completely renovated during 2013-2016 in accordance with today's standards.
